Kent Eshleman - Builder

 Kent Eshleman has been in home building for over 30 years. His experience with three of the nation’s largest builders has given him the expertise in design, quality and livability in the most desirable locations. He has built homes in the CNY area for over 20 years. 

He has been responsible for building over 1200 homes in Central New York, with his customers saying yes to recommending his homes to friends and family after the process was complete.

Mike Bragman Jr. - Builder

Mike Bragman Jr. is a life-long resident of Central New York. Over the past 14 years he has developed more than 1,000 home sites in the area, including six Parades of Homes (Homebuilders and Remodelers Association of Central New York) sites. 

Mike also served on the Home Builders Association’s Board of Directors. His duties have included overseeing the entire development process including land acquisition, complying with federal, state & local regulations, general construction, and the installation of utilities. He is happy to bring his development and project management expertise to new home construction.

Erica Kupczyk - Sales and Marketing Representative

Erica has been selling new construction homes in the Syracuse area since 2012 and has helped hundreds of people with the purchase of their dream home.  Her level of customer service and knowledge of the new construction experience is what sets her apart from the rest. She is a native of Liverpool and a graduate of Canisius College.

Erica and her husband, Joel have two young sons, Cason and Cohen.  In her free time, Erica loves spending time with her family.

Joe Moon - Project Manager

Joe has 10 years of experience across multiple industries making him an expert in process improvement and Project Management. Joe was a Nashville native before moving to CNY. There he managed an implementations team in construction financial technology. He graduated from The University of Tennessee (Go Vols) and received his MBA from Belmont University.

Joe and his wife, Kelsey, have three kids, Kennedy, Parker and Clara. In his free time Joe loves to golf, ski, run, and cheer on his favorite sports teams. 

Chris Kovar - Project Manager

Chris grew up in Skaneateles where he currently resides with his wife and two children. He attended Niagara University and holds a degree in Marketing/Business Administration. Chris has been in the home building industry for over 25 years and has overseen the construction of nearly 700 single family homes, townhomes, condos throughout his career.

Chris is an avid motocross and mountain biking enthusiast and has a passion for driving and restoring vintage Porsches. Chris' attention to detail and ability to interact with customers results in a high level of quality and customer satisfaction with every Cornerstone Home's homeowner.

Michael Richards - Project Manager

Michael brings over 10 years of experience leading projects across residential construction and operations. Growing up working on his family's dairy farm in Skaneateles, he developed a strong work ethic.

Known for a collaborative approach and strong organizational skills, Michael excels at keeping teams aligned, schedules on track, and clients informed every step of the way. He holds a degree in Agricultural Sciences from Penn State University. Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing hockey and lacrosse, and spending time with his two dogs and girlfriend. His commitment to clear communication and quality execution ensures a smooth, positive experience for every homeowner.
